Janus Developmental Services has named Yolanda Kincaid as its new president and CEO. Kincaid replaces Chris Sorensen, who recently retired.
Kincaid has more than 20 years of experience in the field of adult disability services. Prior to accepting her new role at Janus, she served as the chief operations officer at Carey Services for seven years. During her career, she has been active with Arc of Indiana, where she is currently serving as secretary; Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, where she was a member of the Inaugural Leadership Academy Class and Strategic Indiana Provider Network.
“The Board is very confident that Yolanda is the right person to lead Janus forward,” Janus board president Matt Snyder stated.
