Hoosiers 45 to 49 years old now eligible for COVID-19 vaccine

State officials announced March 16 that Hoosiers 45 and older may now receive a COVID-19 vaccine, opening eligibility to Indiana residents age 45 to 49 for the first time.

In addition to Hoosiers age 45 and older, health care workers, long-term care residents, teachers, those with certain pre-existing conditions and first responders are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
