Ingredients:

2 oz. McCabe’s Irish Whiskey

6 oz. ginger ale

.5 oz. lemon juice

Lemon peel ribbon

Directions:

Add whiskey and lemon juice to an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Wrap lemon peel ribbon around the interior of the glass as a garnish.
