Snapshot: Chinese Mooncake Festival fills Midtown Plaza

The Carmel Chinese Mooncake Festival featured performances from several organizations, including the Indianapolis Chinese Performing Arts, the Indianapolis Chinese Community Center and the Indiana Association of Chinese Americans.
