The Noblesville Board of School Trustees and the Noblesville Teachers Forum have ratified a contract for the 2009-10 and 2010-11 school years. The agreement provides no increase in the teachers’ salary schedule but maintains the increments that determine salary based on a teacher’s years of experience and degree held.
As established with the 2008-09 salary schedule, a beginning teacher with a bachelor’s degree will earn $33,569. The salary schedule tops out at $66,482 for a teacher with 19 years of experience, a master’s degree, and 15 semester hours of graduate level credit beyond a master’s degree.
