Noblesville Clerk-Treasurer Janet S. Jaros has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting in recognition of the city’s comprehensive annual financial report. This is the 13th consecutive year that Jaros has received the honor. The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting and is presented by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.
“The City of Noblesville is fortunate to have a clerk-treasurer with Janet’s level of skill and experience. I congratulate her on winning this award for another consecutive year,” Mayor John Ditslear said.
