Both sides of 146th Street between Howe and Promise roads are closed. Officials are hoping to have this passable by tomorrow. The alternate routes recommended are Promise Road, Greenfield Avenue and Howe Road or Howe Road, 141st Street and Promise Road.

■ 106th Street to Hague/Allisonville roads
■ 116th Street to Ditch Road/Clay Center
■ Third Avenue SW between Carmel Drive and City Center
