Carmel police are investigating a motorcycle crash that claimed the life of its driver Tuesday morning.
Matthew Smith, 27, of Carmel struck a curb on the west side of US 31 as he traveled southbound near 106th Street. He was ejected from the motorcycle and died at the scene from his injuries.
Accident reconstructionists from the Carmel Police Department are investigating the crash. Police are asking anyone with information or who witnessed the crash to call CPD at 317-571-2500.
