The City of Carmel conducted its annual Veterans Day Ceremony Nov. 10 at the Tarkington Theater. Speakers included Mayor Jim Brainard, National VFW Teacher of the Year Will Ellery and Air Force veteran Josh Govin of the Carmel Police Dept.
