Shamrock Builders broke ground on Feb. 21, on what will be a 10,000 square-foot facility at the border of Carmel and Westfield. The building will be called Professional Building at Bridgewater, with an address of 14801 Market Center Dr., Carmel. The building has a Carmel address, but is in an area that is technically considered Westfield. Motion 4 Life Fitness will fill 6,000 square-feet of the building and Gilmore Chiropractic will fill 2,000 square-feet. The remaining 2,000 square feet has not yet been leased.
