ND 0821 BehindBarsIngredients:

1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire gin

4 to 5 slices of cucumber

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1 oz. simple syrup

Serpentine cucumber slice for garnish

Directions:

Fill highball glass with ice. Add cucumber, fresh lime juice and simple syrup to shaker. Muddle with three ice cubes until cucumber is dissolved. Add gin and ice to shaker to fill half way. Shake gently and strain into iced highball serving glass.
