The all-brick, two-story building will be more than 27,000 square feet. Zionsville Eye Care will occupy the majority of the first floor with an additional 2,300 square feet for another business. Storen will occupy the majority of the second floor with two additional spaces for tenants and a shared conference space for meetings and seminars. A team of Zionsville businesses, including builder RL Turner and architect David Rausch, are slated to work on the project.
