The Lemon Bar in downtown Zionsville, 95 E. Pine St., played host to a "GALentines Cupcakes & Cocktails” event Jan. 29. The Lemon Bar is a bakery, cafe, restaurant and bar owned by Indianapolis entrepreneur Kate Drury. Drury’s chain of bakeries, The Flying Cupcake, has six cupcake shops, a donut shop and a large catering business. The Flying Cupcake Executive Head Decorator Lauren Witt instructed guests on how to decorate three different styles of Valentine's-themed jumbo cupcakes, with additional instruction from General Manager Emily Hunter.
