Norma E. Johnson, 99, Noblesville, died Aug. 8 at Sheridan Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. She was born on Sept. 13, 1915 to Lloyd and Maude (Salyer) Huff in Wise County, Va.
Norma was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and crocheting. Most of all, she loved her family.
She is survived by her son, Jim (Sheryl) Johnson Jr.; daughters, Billie Jean Staton, and Pamela Whaley; brother, Doyle Huff; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Johnson Sr. on June 8, 1986; daughter, Frances Woods; grandson, Dennis Staton; sisters, Mary Bardacs, and Ethel Fleming; brother-in-law, Elvin Stator; and sister-in-law, Barbara Huff.
