2 oz. bourbon
.5 oz. vanilla cinnamon maple syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Add bourbon, syrup and bitters to mixing tin with ice and stir 20 to 25 times. Strain over a large sphere or square ice cube in an old-fashioned glass, smoked with cherry wood chips and rosemary. Garnish with an orange swath.
