Carmel Crime Watch Alert


There have been four burglaries in the Carmel area in the past two days.  One in the 3300 block of Walnut Creek Court between 12:00pm and 3:00pm; forced entry with electronics taken.  Two at apartments in the 3000 Block of Warren Way between 8:00am and 3:00pm; forced entry with electronics and jewelry taken.  One occurred on Red Oak Lane, unknown timeframe, forced entry with electronics taken.

During the burglaries on Warren Way witnesses observed a white GMC Yukon backed up to the building.  The suspects were described as:

Suspect #1 black male, 6’0 to 6’2” weighing 230-250 pounds in his twenties wearing a greenish gray hooded jacket with the hood up and blue jeans.

Suspect #2 black male, 5’10” to 6’0 wearing a black cap

Please be aware of this criminal activity and stay alert.  If you see anything suspicious call the police and report it immediately, emergency 911 non-emergency 571-2580.  If you have any information on these crimes please call the Carmel Police Department Investigations Division at 571-2551.
