Mayor Jim Brainard will deliver his 15th State of the City Address today at the Ritz Charles in Carmel.
The annual address will take place during the Carmel Chamber’s monthly luncheon, which begins at noon. The event is open to the public, and the address is expected to detail some of Carmel’s recently completed and upcoming developments.
