The Pedcor Companies are pleased to announce its newest lease signing in Carmel City Center. Matt the Miller’s Tavern will occupy the 5,000 square foot plus corner space at Rangeline Road and City Center Drive in late summer or early fall.
“We are pleased to welcome Matt the Miller’s Tavern to the project. They are a perfect fit for the unique collection of independently-owned restaurants and retailers we have here in Carmel City Center,” said Melissa Averitt, Vice President & Director of Marketing and Sales at Pedcor.
Matt the Miller’s Tavern is an upscale tavern concept that offers waiter service dining in the bar and dining room, as well as private dining. Its menu ranges from popular appetizer items, such as the Bavarian Pretzel Bites, Pacific Rim Calamari, and Shrimp and Grits, to Flatbreads, sandwiches, pastas, and Steak and Seafood entrees, as well as a children’s menu of kid-approved favorites.
In addition to an extensive selection of wines and cocktails, the Matt the Miller’s brand is known for its extensive offering of beer, including unique craft beers and locally brewed beer and spirits. It also offers specials throughout the week to further enhance the dining experience. These include a daily Happy Hour, “Wine Down” Wednesdays, Ladies Night on Thursdays and a Sunday Brunch Buffet. It also offers special events for holidays throughout the year. It currently has locations in Dublin, Ohio and Grandview, Ohio. The Carmel City Center location will be the restaurant’s first venture outside of the Central Ohio region.
“We love the Carmel community and Carmel City Center and are very excited about providing another quality dining venue for the area,” said owner Craig Barnum.
