Indiana Vein and Laser opens new Fishers location

The Indiana Vein and Laser Center and its health aesthetics adjunct, The MedicalSpa, originally located in Fort Wayne, opened a new location at 11481 Olio Rd. yesterday.

“I think we approached this 180 degrees differently than what you find in most medical practices,” Dr. Marcus Jimenez, the business’ lead surgeon, said.

Jimenez, a Stanford and IU medical school graduate, brought the practice to Fishers after honing procedures that cure spider and varicose veins to an efficient process. He said Indiana Vein and Laser can do work in approximately four days that takes some businesses two weeks.

Jimenez, who has a background in cardiovascular surgery, splits his time between the two locations. At the new location overlooking the Geist Reservoir, 10 locally hired workers staff the 5,000-square-foot building.

Jimenez said he wants patients to come into his office and feel like they’re the only ones that matter.

He said he the business opened a Fishers branch to rekindle his old connections in Indianapolis and because it is one of the fastest growing communities in the state.

Jimenez started treating spider and varicose veins to bring a high level of care to an underserved group of patients.

The Indiana Vein and Laser Center will host a grand opening party in September. For more information on the center and its spa, check and
