The Hamilton County Leadership Luncheon was held on March 11 at the Mansion at Oak Hill in Carmel to benefit Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. Nearly 400 community and business leaders attended the luncheon to support the local Girl Scouts. Annetta Petty, executive director of learning for Noblesville Schools, was the keynote speaker. Petty spoke about her years as a Girl Scout when she was a girl and reminded luncheon attendees about the organization’s importance in developing leaders. The luncheon also featured Amber Kriech, a Girl Scout Ambassador from Troop 1887, who is a senior at Carmel High School. Kriech is a Girl Scout Gold Award recipient.
