Annetta Petty, executive director of learning for Noblesville Schools, was the keynote speaker at the Hamilton County Leadership Luncheon on March 11 at the Mansion at Oak Hill in Carmel. Petty talked about her years as a Girl Scout when she was younger and reminded luncheon attendees about the organization’s importance in developing leaders.
