Current in Zionsville would like to congratulate Eagle Elementary third grade teacher Annette Knox.
Knox was nominated by her student Brooklyn Collins. Knox will win a $100 cash voucher from BMO Harris bank in Zionsville, and Collins’ class will receive a pizza party with food from Amore Pizzeria in Zionsville.
Collins’ winning essay is below:
My favorite teacher is Miss Knox, because I think she is very friendly. She is my 3rd grade teacher at Eagle Elementary. Her classroom is decorated with bright colors. Miss Knox is reading us a book called “Clementine” and it is a really good book. Every day she greets me with a warm hug. In science she lets us do cool experiments. The experiments we have done so far are, sink or float and making paper airplanes. I really want to have a great school year with Miss Knox. She is probably the best teacher in the world. I hope my teacher, Miss Knox, has a happy school year.
