Bagger Dave’s Burger Tavern recently became the latest restaurant to open in the new Fishers Marketplace at 131st St. and S.R. 37. The Fishers location is the 21st for the chain overall and makes the seventh in Indiana.
Bagger Dave’s started in Michigan in 2006. The Fishers location has 50 employees and is expected to grow according to managing partner Mary Jo Buford. She said the restaurant specializes in burgers, fresh cut fries, chicken, salad, and sandwiches and is different from other restaurants in the area.
“We are a full-service restaurant so we are here to delight our guests and offer service versus some of the fast food places,” she said. “Community is exactly what we bring. We are definitely community oriented and get out and get involved.”
There are a total of seven new restaurants with planned openings over the next few months in Fishers Marketplace.
