Julia E. Williams, 83, of Noblesville, died Nov. 1, 2014, at her residence. Born June 10, 1931, in North Vernon, Ind., she was the daughter of Fred and Alma (Lacey) Arney.

She was a homemaker and a proud wife to her husband, John, who served in the military. She was a former auxiliary member of the VFW and the Moose Lodge. She loved to sew, quilt, crochet, garden and work on many other different crafts.

Survivors include her children, Pearl Williams Beck, Stephen (Pamela) Williams and Fred (Ann) Williams; siblings, Fred Arney Jr. and Stella Burgess; grandchildren, Johnathan Williams, Amber (Steven) Parker, Christian Hope (Walter) Jones, Phyllis Darlene Broski, Stephanie Williams, Candy Lynn Williams, James Kelly Williams, Kassandra Marie Williams, Fred Williams Jr. and Amanda Williams; great-grandchildren, Aidyn, Seras Victoria, Avalyn, Jeffery, Kyrsten, Johnna, Isabella and Maya; and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Williams.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Denver Williams; son, Denver Williams; grandson, John Denver Williams; siblings, Bob, Beatrice, Bud, Jane, Harvey and Georgia Marie.

Graveside services were held Nov. 4 at Union Flat Rock Baptist Church in Osgood.
