Can Brian Kelly and Steve Greenberg address why semi-trucks are still using Keystone parkway now that US 31 has been opened? It was so nice to have Keystone a truck free road.
I understand, while 31 was closed, the need for trucks to be allowed on the parkway. But to date no sign has been posted telling them to not use the old detour. I contacted the major’s office and was transferred to highway department. No answers and still a large number of trucks using Keystone.
