In order to safely and quickly resurface the roundabout at 116th Street and Ditch Road, the city of Carmel has announced that the roundabout at 116th and Ditch will be closed to traffic for two days next week.
Resurfacing is anticipated to take place Monday, July 6 and Tuesday, July 7.
Weather permitting the plan calls for the roundabout to be closed at 4 a.m. on July 6 and reopen to traffic at 7 p.m. that evening. On July 7, the roundabout will once again be closed at 4 a.m. and be open around Noon. This schedule is contingent on weather conditions.
A detour will be in place.
