Alberta M. Ginder, 76, Pendleton, died Oct. 12 in Albany, Ga. She went to be with her husband of 57 years, Ralph Edward Ginder who died March 18. She was born on Aug. 16, 1939 in Noblesville.

Alberta retired in 2003 after working for the Hamilton County Extension Office for 30 years. She enjoyed 4-H members and leaders; and liked to cross-stitch and sew. She loved doting on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and was a member of Whetstone Christian Church in Anderson.

She is survived by her children, Kathy (Jeff) Berry Hoppes, John Ginder, and Tammy (Brad) Forrer; grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Berry, Danielle (Mike) Willock, Ashley (Kris) Gustin, Johnny Ginder, and Baylee (Brian) Robertson; great-grandchildren, Jace and Hallie Kate Berry, Tucker, Ragan and Porter Willock, Braden & Brinley Gustin, and Brianna and Reese Robertson; siblings, Eugene (Anita) Beck, Ruth (Joe) Berry and Rose Ann (Sam) Edrington; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Maxine Beck; and brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Linda Hicks.
