Marion L. Klingler Sr., 70, Noblesville, died Feb. 19 at his home. He was born Aug. 4, 1945 to George and Hazel (Shirley) Klingler in Lebanon.

For 25 years, Marion worked as a machinist with Indiana Gear Works and with other companies after that time. Marion proudly served his country in the Indiana National Guard. He was a member of Elizaville Baptist Church and more recently Noblesville First Church of the Nazarene. Marion loved to work on lawn mowers, enjoyed gardening, loved poodles and preferred to be outdoors rather than indoors. Most of all, he put his family first, and loved them dearly.

Marion is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Marilyn L. Klingler; son, Lee (Lori) Klingler; step-daughter, Lois J. (Larry) Bonebright; sisters, Gladys (Al) Siddel and Shirley Klingler; five grandchildren, Larry Calvin (Vicki) Bonebright, Lindsey Marie Bonebright (fiancé Jeff Needler), Jacob Levi Klingler, Jonathan Thomas Klingler and Josiah William Klingler; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, his brother, David Klingler, as well as an infant brother, preceded Marion in death.
