Seven members of Boy Scout Troop 804 in Zionsville attained the rank of Eagle Scout during 2016 through February 2017. They are James “Xavier” Shields, Calvin Robinson, Thomas Burgess, Ryan Carr, Skyler Kiefer, Graham Oberweiser and Garrett Williams. To earn the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank advancement in Scouting, a scout must fulfill requirements in the areas of leadership, service and outdoor skills. Since Troop 804’s inception in August 2004, 54 boys have earned the rank of Eagle Scout, representing approximately 24 percent of the boys participating.
