Benny H Ball, 94, Noblesville, died March 22 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born Oct. 20, 1922, to James and Lizzy (Woliver) Ball in Pennington Gap, Va.
Benny retired in 1971 from Firestone Industrial Products in Noblesville, where he had worked for 22 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and was a World War II veteran and a member of the American Legion Post No. 45.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Lee Ball, whom he married in 1947, daughter Nellie Ann Pipkin, grandson Benjamin Leigh (Amber) Pipkin, great-grandson Jackson Leigh Pipkin and siblings Buddy Ball, Kathleen DePoe and Ada Jean Shanks.
