The list of CarmelFest Has Talent semi-finalists has been released. Come to CarmelFest at the Gazebo at 3:30 p.m., July 3 to support these singers as they compete in the semi-final round of CarmelFest Has Talent. The top three singers in each age category will then move on to the final round of competition at 3:30 p.m. July 4.
