Brothers Chris Deist, left, and Tim Deist, right, volunteered with their parents and Chris’ wife, Taylor Deist. They washed dishes for the 250 guests. Their mother Nancy Deist and Taylor worked in the dining room collecting all the trays of dirty dishes, scraping off leftovers and sorting plates, silverware and cups. Tim took all of the dirty dishes to brother Chris Deist, who loaded them into the automatic washer. Their father Jim Deist worked at the kitchen sink cleaning all of the cooking utensils. As a family, they made an organized and fast effort of the hard work.
