With the spring holidays right around the corner, many Hamilton County residents will spend time with their families on Easter (April 21), Mother’s Day (May 12) and Father’s Day (June 16). Several area restaurants will offer brunch buffets for the occasions.
Here are a few options in Hamilton County and the Geist area.
Prime 47 in Carmel will offer brunch buffets for Easter and Mother’s Day.
“Both brunches sell out between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.,” founder Jeremiah Hamman stated in an email. “They’re equally as big although Mother’s Day dinner service is busier than Easter.”

Offerings include: Gulf shrimp, house smoked salmon, petite greens, caprese salad, assorted cheeses, fresh fruit, omelet station, Eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, brioche French toast, biscuits and gravy, applewood smoked bacon, pork sausage, hand-carved meat station with prime rib and honey glazed ham, seared Scottish salmon, chicken ala plancha, roasted potatoes, basmati, quinoa and wild rice, butternut squash and green beans, shiitake and portabella mushrooms, assorted cakes, cupcakes and pies, seasonal fruit crisp and assorted pastries and cookies.
