Another hospital could be coming to Carmel.
Texas-based WB Development Partners has filed plans with the City of Carmel to build the Indianapolis Rehabilitation Institute on nearly 5 vacant acres at 12315 Pennsylvania Street.
The site, which is north of City Center Drive, is near two other hospitals, Franciscan Health Carmel and IU Health North.
An official from WB Development did not return a request for comment as of press time.
