On Nov. 11, American Legion Post 45 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6246 held its annual Veterans Day ceremony at the war memorial on the west side of downtown Noblesville’s historic courthouse square with the help of POW/MIA, the Hamilton County Honor Guard and Hamilton County Navy Club USA Ship 29. The ceremony honored veterans in attendance as well as other Hamilton County veterans who have died, including Frank Huntzinger and Ralph Lehr, namesakes of the American Legion and VFW posts, respectively.
