Michael Grant Makeever, 20, of Fishers, died May 4 at his home. He was born on February 12, 1995, to Michael and Kelly (DeWeese) Makeever in Indianapolis, Indiana. Grant was a full-time student at IUPUI, studying computer science. Grant was a dearly loved son, brother, brother-in-law, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend. He is survived by his mother, Kelly Makeever; father, Michael Makeever; sisters, Meredith (Rogelio) Salas and Maria Makeever; niece, Maya; grandmother, Sadie DeWeese; grandfather, Ray Makeever; and seven uncles and their families. Grant was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stephen DeWeese; and grandmother, Elaine Makeever.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on May11, at Christ Community Church Carmel, 4770 E Main St., in Carmel, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to the time of service. Dr. Tim Kirk will officiate.
