Joseph L. Goins, 35, Noblesville, died March 1. He was born Dec. 30, 1981. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Linda and Jeff Harber of Noblesville; his father and stepmom John and Carol Wells of Russell Springs, Ky.; children Ethan and Alivia Goins of Noblesville; sisters Jenny (Kevin) Milliner of Indianapolis and Annie (Brandon Johnson) Goins of Noblesville; brothers Jacob and Chris Wells of Russell Springs, Ky.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Joey was preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey L. Harber.
