The Actors Theatre of Indiana has released a schedule of four shows on the 2018-19 season.

The season opens with “A Comedy of Tenors,” which is billed as a fast-paced, over-the-top farce, from Sept. 7 and Sept. 30.

“It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” will run from Nov. 16 to Dec. 13. The classic film is portrayed with an ensemble of actors reading radio parts of the characters.

“Ruthless” will start the 2019 portion of the season, running from Jan. 25 to Feb. 17. The musical draws on “The Bad Seed” and “All About Eve.” The spoof focuses on an 8-year-old, Tina Demark, who will do anything, including murdering the lead actress, to get the part of Pippi Longstocking in her school play.

“Forbidden Broadway: It’s Back, It’s New and Better Than Ever!” is set from April 26 to May 19.

The long-running, Off-Broadway hit musical features Broadway’s greatest musical legends meeting Broadway’s greatest satirist in this entertaining tribute to some of the theater’s greatest songs and songwriters.
