Carmel police are seeking assistance locating a theft suspect believed to be a repeat offender.
The suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 35 years old, 6’ to 6’3”, approximately 240 pounds with short brown hair. At the time of the theft he was wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt beneath a dark jacket, light blue jeans and brown shoes.
