At 9:30 a.m. Jan. 22, Dr. Rachel Chhiba, podiatrist and Westfield resident, received Indiana University Health North Hospital’s 10,000th dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Noah Scholl, right, administers the vaccine. The hospital, located in Carmel, is currently vaccinating more than 350 individuals each day.
